Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations or rescheduling can only be done up to 24 hours before the class begins. - Ensure your physical condition is suitable for Pilates; consult your doctor if you have any medical concerns. - Medical clearance is required for individuals with injuries, scoliosis, or other health conditions. - Pregnant women should not practice Pilates during pregnancy. - Postnatal Pilates is recommended only after at least 6 months postpartum, with medical approval. - Your safety is our priority—please seek professional advice before starting any Pilates program.
